Sally founded SOAR over 10 years ago with 25+ years of experience in creating and leading successful peer-to-peer learning environments for senior leaders across multiple industries and disciplines for many Fortune 500 companies. Her career experiences have given her the opportunity to focus on what she is most passionate about – assisting women to accelerate their professional careers. As President, Sally guides the overall strategic vision of SOAR and drives client partnerships.

Allen Cawley, Chief Operating Officer and Lead Facilitator

Allen directs all programming efforts and specializes in partnering with organizations’ senior women and minority leaders to create custom program content designed to accelerate their emerging talent. As Lead Facilitator, he leverages his professional certifications in facilitation, emotional intelligence, leadership curriculum design and delivery, kaizen processes, and strategic thinking.

Nicole Merrill, Vice President of Client Development

Nicole guides SOAR’s development strategies for global growth and the SOAR 365 platform. Supported by 15+ years of building successful strategic B2B relationships, Nicole is extremely client centric and works hard to deliver the best product and experience for SOAR’s partners.

Mandy Learn, Director of Marketing

Mandy is responsible for creating and implementing SOAR’s marketing efforts to drive awareness for SOAR’s learning experiences in the global market. Driven by a passion for strategy and brand building, Mandy’s 15+ years of experience includes sales and marketing positions with Clear Channel, Food Network, and MySpace.

Eisha Armstrong, Advisor

Eisha is currently Senior Director of Analytics Products & Services for E.W. Scripps Company, where she defines and drives the roadmap for Scripps’ portfolio of analytics products and leads their Analytics Product Management team. As an Advisor to SOAR, Eisha lends her expertise in translating customer needs into new products and advises SOAR’s go-to-market strategies for the SOAR 365 platform.

Kim Stone-Yonts, Program Manager

Kim is instrumental in maintaining the day-to-day operations of our team. She has a determined work ethic and is primarily responsible for delivering SOAR’s program communications, providing client support, managing program materials and planning events. Kim leverages her previous marketing positions in various industries including electronics, telecom, and materials handling.
