SOAR for Leaders

We’re excited to launch our first cohort for all leaders, bringing women and men together to elevate every leader forward through meaningful collaboration and growth. This hybrid program combines in-person and virtual learning: the Kick-Off Retreat, Meeting 5, Meeting 6, and Meeting 9 will be in person, while Meetings 2, 3, 4, 7, and 8 will be held virtually.

Please read the instructions below before completing the registration at the bottom of the page. Registration deadline is Tuesday, December 30, 2025.

1. Identify the candidates in the organization for participation. Multiple participants within the company should not be in the same direct reporting line.

3. By submitting this registration, agreement to the following is acknowledged:

The emerging high potential participant commits to being an actively engaged member of their SOAR class. They understand the financial investment their company has made to further their professional growth and leadership development.
The emerging high potential participant must have the approval of her supervisor to participate in SOAR. The supervisor also understands the importance of the participant attending all scheduled meetings.
The emerging high potential participant is required to complete any and all coursework.
Those who fail to comply with the attendance policy, or discontinue the program for any reason, will not graduate from the program and will not receive a tuition refund.
The company will be assessed a fee for the reissue of any licensed assessments and classroom materials that may be necessary.

4. Upon submission of the registration, emerging high potential participants and their supervisors will receive an email registration confirmation and further information regarding the Kick Off Retreat.

5. THE KICK OFF IS A 2-DAY IN-PERSON RETREAT
DAY 1: Tuesday, January 27, 2025 from 10:00am – 5:00pm
DAY 2: Wednesday, January 28, 2025 from 8:00am – 4:00pm

The retreat location is TBD and information will be emailed once details are finalized.

Your tuition includes all kickoff meeting expenses, beverage service, lunch and dinner on Day 1, as well as a continental breakfast and lunch on Day 2. Travel and overnight hotel accommodations will be your responsibility. More information regarding travel is included when you receive your SOAR welcome letter upon registration submission.

6. All other meeting dates and hybrid schedule for 2026 are as follows from 8:30am – 3:30pm. Please note that Meetings 5 and 6 (combined in 2-day meetings) and Meeting 9 are in-person. All meeting expenses are covered for these 3 meetings, however, travel, overnight hotel stays and meals are your responsibility.

7. Tuition is $8,500 per participant which includes all course materials.

8. An electronic invoice for tuition payment will be sent to the individual designated on the registration form and is due upon receipt.
